Summer has started, we have to stay hydrated. To hydrate ourselves, we can make some drinks and juices in our home. These are different types of drinks and they are helpful to fight the heat this summer. 

In this post we are discussing summer drinks and juices.


Those drinks and juices are highly helpful for to stay hydrate also provide vitamins minerals and proteins.

Watermelon cooler.

Watermelon is the summer fruit because watermelon is only available in summer. Watermelon can hydrate our body because 70% of watermelon contains water.  Simply blend chunks of ripe watermelon with a splash of lime juice and a few fresh mint leaves. The result is a delicious and refreshing watermelon cooler that replenishes electrolytes and helps beat the heat. This watermelon cooler can instantly change the mood.


Lemon-Ginger Detox Drink:


Lemon and ginger are both known for their cleansing and detoxifying properties. Squeeze the lemon juice into a glass of water and add 4 to 5 slices of fresh ginger.

Mango juice:


Mango juice is the best juice for the skin. Mango juice is made up of a mango blend. Mangoes are available only in the summer season.
