   The complete process of doing plank exercise at home. Take a yoga mat or a clean sheet. Lay down on the floor. Take your hard support and sleep on your floor rise with both elbows. 

 Simply complete your  plank exercise. 

Continue this from 30sec to 60sec initially. After long days, you move from 2min to 4min.

 Engage twice a day.

2.  2-3litres of water for the body to decrease dehydration.
