People are used to travel. In this decade, travelling is playing an important role. In this post we are going to discuss tips for travellers.
1. Traveling while pregnant
Traveling while pregnant can be dangerous for both mother and baby. Pregnant women should avoid traveling by air if possible. If they have to travel, then they should try to fly first class. Avoid flying at night and sleeping on planes. Try to sleep upright instead of lying down. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after flights.
2. Traveling with children
Children need to eat well while traveling. Make sure to pack nutritious snacks and drinks for them. Pack fruits and vegetables that don't require refrigeration. Also, pack some non-perishable foods that won't spoil easily if left out of the fridge.
3. Traveling with pets
Pets need special care while traveling. Make sure that their food and water bowls are clean and fresh. Also, make sure that they get regular exercise. Bring along toys and games that they enjoy playing with.
4. Traveling with elderly people
Elderly people may not be able to take good care of themselves while traveling. Make sure they have enough medication and medical supplies to stay healthy. Also, make sure they have someone who knows how to look after them if something happens.

3. Take a break every 90 or 120 minutes. General warm up exercise is good.
4. Have a peaceful sleep. For more energy.
5. Taking a bath may reduce irritation and stress.
