Everybody drinks 2-3 liters of water . Some people literally don't drink.
But no one tells you which time is better to drink.
Water is a god-gifted resource for living creatures. Without water, humans couldn't survive. The correct process of drinking water can cure lots of health issues.
The human body fills with 70% of fluids. The imbalance of fluids causes many side-effects on the body. It damages the immune system. Increase in acidity in the body.
1. When you wake up.
In the early morning in bed, take 2 glasses of water. That's the best time to drink water. Lukewarm water is very good in the early morning
2. Half an hour before lunch.
Half an hour before lunch, taking water improves enzymes in the stomach. It also improves the digestion process. Clean the stomach if any food particles are remaining.
3. 30 minutes before exercise.
30 minutes before exercise, taking water helps the metabolism of your body. Increase in body control. Swelling out of sweat helps you get out the bacteria through the sweat.
4. 45 minutes before dinner.
45 minutes before dinner will help you . Body in control. Any particles in the stomach will clean and help to release enzymes in the stomach.
5. Before going to bath.
Before going to bath taking a glass of water I will improve the blood circulation in the body collect the toxic material in blood as well as body and come out through urine and excretory system.
6. Before going to bed.
Before going to bed, taking a glass of water helps you have a peaceful sleep. Helps to pull out the toxic substances in the body.
