Yeah! It's a complete body exercise. Every body part muscle included in leg area upto feet of toe finger. While walking every organ in body will activate . By walking will feel fresh . Our organs get new energy . And blood supply increases.
Is walking is necessary for our body ?
The real meaning of exercise is to keep our body in good condition, peace of mind, concentration, mainly good health and immunity power.
Those are all included in the walking process. So, considering the reason, walking is considered as an exercise.
